Artist's statement

I work in oils, pastels and print, sometimes combining all these mediums to create a rich, textured surface.

My subject matter is based on mysterious phenomena in the landscape such as standing stones and ancient monuments.
I like to lead the viewer through layers of the painting letting them discover for themselves what lies beyond.

I have exhibited at the Mall Galleries and other venues in London and Buckinghamshire, and also widely with Group 93 since we graduated together from West Surrey College of Art.
My work is in private collections in Australia, USA and the British Virgin Islands.
